Check the following screenshots to see where to add this tag.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/staging.evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/wrapper.conf_before-e1439294208381.png\">&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/123.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3545\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/123.png\" alt=\"123\" width=\"1001\" height=\"228\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/wrapper.conf_before-e1439294208381.png\">&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/wrapper.conf_after-e1439352414759.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3540\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/wrapper.conf_after-e1439352414759.png\" alt=\"wrapper.conf_after\" width=\"1001\" height=\"233\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Save the changes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong> the <span class=\"keyword\"><em>Zoom Server<\/em><\/span>&nbsp;services. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/staging.evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/wrapper.conf_before-e1439294208381.png\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Solution 2: More involved approach<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>Change<\/strong> the user account from which Zoom server starts, if Zoom server runs as <span class=\"keyword\">Local System Account<\/span>.<br \/>\nThe following steps will explain how to change the Zoom server Logon user.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">We recommend following&nbsp;the same steps to change the Zoom Preview Server Logon user.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Open windows services( Run command: <code class=\"\">services.msc<\/code>).<\/li>\n<li>Check if Zoom server is running as <span class=\"keyword\">Local System Account<\/span> or not. If Zoom server is running as <span class=\"keyword\">local system account<\/span> then following the below given steps.<\/li>\n<li>Stop the Zoom server.<\/li>\n<li>If <span class=\"keyword\">Auto Checkout<\/span>&nbsp;is enabled:\n<ol>\n<li>Goto location: <code class=\"\">C:\\Windows\\System32\\config\\systemprofile<\/code><\/li>\n<li>Copy the <code class=\"\">.zm<\/code> directory and paste it in&nbsp;the home directory to another user from which you want to start the Zoom server. Typically user&#8217;s home directory would present in <code class=\"\">C:\\Users\\&lt;username&gt;<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Open Zoom service properties by doing right click on &#8220;Zoom Service&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Goto to &#8220;Log On&#8221; tab and change from &#8220;<span class=\"keyword\">Local System account<\/span>&#8221; to &#8220;<span class=\"keyword\">This account<\/span>&#8220;. Provide valid&nbsp;username and password. This username must be the same user in which you have copied the .zm directory above in step 4.2.
