Please update the wrapper.conf file under your &lt;Zoom Install Dir&gt;\\DAM\\conf (Windows) or &lt;Zoom Install Dir&gt;\/conf (linux) folder by adding the following line:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: \u00a0Please backup the wrapper.conf file prior to making the following change<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">wrapper.java.additional.&lt;number next higher than currently present e.g. 20&gt;=-Djava.util.Arrays.useLegacyMergeSort=true<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If the highest number for \u00a0wrapper.java.additional property is 21 then the\u00a0line that you add for this fix should look like the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">wrapper.java.additional.21=-Djava.util.Arrays.useLegacyMergeSort=true<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Once, you have updated the wrapper.conf file please restart the zoom service.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following error occurs while accessing workflow manager: : Solution: This is a bug that has been introduced due to some changes post java 6.
